 Polperro is one of the most historic fishing villages in England, and still
remains an active fishing port today. It is situated on the south east coast of
Cornwall, 26 miles south of Plymouth. The village is in an area of outstanding
natural beauty, and is centrally located to explore the rest of Cornwall.
The village offers entertainment including live music and various festivals
throughout the year. Christmas and New Year is the one of the most sought after
times to be in the village as everyone gets into the festive spirit.
 Joan’s Cottage is a beautifully presented property, parts of which are over 300
years old. It has recently been totally renovated to an extremely high standard.
The Cottage is comprised of four bedrooms all of which have spectacular views:

Master Bedroom with a large en-suite that has separate
shower, corner bath and double vanity unit.

Double Bedroom with a window seat that makes full advantage
of the view over the village and out to sea.

Bunk Bedroom with a view over the garden
The main bathroom on the second floor has a toilet, corner bath
and separate shower. There are two cloak rooms, one on the ground floor, and one
on the top floor.
The kitchen is fully fitted and leads on to the dining area which has panoramic
views out to sea.
The lounge has a fireplace that contains a multi burning stove.
There is also a TV, video, DVD and stereo.
To the front of the cottage there is a large patio with BBQ and patio furniture.
Joan’s Cottage is set in a quiet location in the village, yet is only a few
minutes walk to pubs, restaurants, shops and coastal paths.
The Cottage can sleep up to eight people, and is a great place to stay at any
time of year.
Due to the location of this property it is unsuitable for the disabled.
